| NEWS Well, we have found a new full lineup, and hopefully with any luck it will stay this way for awhile. Ms. Kristen Antolik has joined us on the Cello and both she and Mr. Mabra enjoyed their first performance with us last Sunday. Everything seemed to go well in our eyes, and even Mr. Megyesy himself was on hand to give props to his axe slinging replacement. We'd Like to thank everyone for coming out, as it felt really good to play again. We'll be playing random events over the next few months as we finish up writing the new album. We have just about all of the songs written and on the table, though the fine tuning part is always the point where things can get finished or tossed out completely. We'll be debuting some newer songs at our shows in the next few months, so you'll be able to get a little glimpse into what the record will be like. Haven't you heard? On Fire is on MySpace.
You can be our friend here: Hello. Its has been awhile. Nice to see you again. Please don't be upset that we haven't called or written. We've been too busy for calls or emails or sleep. Biggest news is we have found a new guitarist. His name is Derek Mabra and as Tom and Alex say he is the new Gentleman deluxe. Collectively, we couldn't agree more. he is learning all of our tunes splendidly and we're excited to plays shows again. That said we are now auditioning cello players for Ms Dana Feders position, as she has departed our ranks to tour with Matt Pond PA. We sincerely wish her luck, but hope the cello gods don't hurt mr Pond for their new find. We have booked our first show since June, and will be making our triumphant return on November 20th at TT The bears with Gregor Samsa abd Kayo Dot. In other news, Ushinski will be on tour with our great friend Paul Michel at the end oc October, and we're looking forard to hearing howamazing it is. More news soon.. xoxo
